Merchandise purchased without inscription engraved, May exchange or return item within 14 Days of original receipt date. After 14 Days from original purchase date, merchandise cannot be exchanged/ returned. 

Photocopied receipts and or bank statements will not be accepted as a original receipt. 

Merchandise without original receipt, will not be returned/Exchanged. 

Merchandise with inscription engraved, cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. 

Engraving is non-refundable. 

Purchases made with a Credit or Debt card will be returned to their account within 3-5 business days.

Shipping will be done after payment has been received.

Shipping cost will be added to the price of merchandise.
